Where will my product be listed? Your product will be listed on the main page of the Mom Audience Marketplace. It will also be listed on up to three other pages determined by the categories you select.
Can I list different size/color/style options as one product? You may list different sizes/color options for the same product. Please indicate the color/size options that are available when you fill out the form. If you have different style options, please list each separate style as a separate product.
What if my product doesn't fit in a category? We are happy to add new categories. Please list three categories on the form in which you think your product would fit best.
How will I know that my product has been sold? When your product has been sold, you will receive an email from sara@momaudience.com. This email will provide you with all the information you need in order to ship the correct product to the customer.
Who is responsible for shipping the product? You are responsible for shipping the product in a timely manner. If we hear repeated complaints that your product is not received in a timely manner, we will remove your product from our listings.
How does payment work? At the end of each month, we will pay you for the total you have sold during the month on our site, minus the 25% commission. As soon as your first product is sold we will be in communication with you to determine your preference for receiving that payment.
What if I don't have the html code for a picture of my product? If you don't know how to get the html code for a product that you would like to list, please email a jpeg attachment of the picture to sara@momaudience.com and specify this in the html code portion of the form.
